Ordering repeat prescriptions
We must have a written request and cannot accept requests over the phone. There are 4 ways to request a prescription:
- Use the NHS App to request your medications (Recommended)
- Use Patient Access App to request your medications
- Email nclicb.adlerrosenbergprescriptions@nhs.net to request your medication
- Ask your pharmacy to request medication on your behalf (only if you can’t do any of the above)
You can usually collect your prescription from the pharmacy 3 working days after you have ordered it as per our practice policy
Please note that prescription requests are not taken over the telephone.
If you do not have online access please ask the receptionist at the surgery for online access codes.
Urgent prescriptions
If you require an urgent prescription (within 24 hours), please request the medication in writing and call the surgery on 020 8455 9994. We will try and accommodate your request.
